Eric Clavo

Eric Clavo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric began their career as a Business Development intern at Bickerstaff Group in 2007, where they conducted market research and provided on-site support for executive-level personnel. In 2009, they worked as an Americorps VISTA Marketing Coordinator at Global Green USA, performing community outreach and maintaining research data for future projects.

In 2010, Eric was a General Manager at Waffle House, Inc., where they successfully increased sales and managed profit and loss. Eric then joined Kongsberg Maritime in the same year as an Aftersales Coordinator, managing spare part sales, coordinating logistics, and maintaining customer relationships with top maritime companies.

From 2011 to 2014, Eric worked at Langston Hughes Academy as a Digital Education Instruction and Implementation Lead. In this role, they provided tailored support and training to teachers, instructed over 300 students on technology integration and digital project-based learning, and worked with students of all achievement levels, including those in Special Education.

In 2014, Eric joined KIPP New Orleans as a Digital Learning Specialist, supporting test administration, collaborating with school and regional leadership, and conducting statistical analysis of student achievement data.

Starting in 2016, Eric worked at VL Group as an Operations Analyst, managing internal software development projects, analyzing trends in reporting data, and coordinating project planning and information system analysis tasks.

In the same year, Eric also worked at MSF Global Solutions, LLC as an Agile Business Analyst. Eric designed workflow charts, wrote requirements for system changes, created product and sprint backlogs, and managed user stories.

Most recently, Eric joined Accruent in 2018 as an Associate Product Manager, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Currently, Eric is employed at LCMC Health as an Epic Systems Analyst, a role they assumed in 2023.
