Ron Taylor

Ron Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ron started their career as the Director of Information Technology at Cadillac Jack, Inc.an Amaya Company, where they oversaw the design, development, and implementation of information systems. Ron then moved on to Access General Insurance, where they served as the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure, responsible for managing the organization's networks, communications infrastructure, and Help Desk/Technical support.

From there, Ron Taylor joined Eisenhower Medical Center as the Help Desk Manager, where they established service level agreements and analyzed team performance to enhance the quality of service. Ron then transitioned to QBE North America as the Service Desk Supervisor, focusing on providing excellent service and building trust partnerships with business units.

Ron Taylor continued their career at WellStar Health System, first as an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst and later as a Service Desk Supervisor, responsible for day-to-day operations and staff management. Ron then joined LCMC Health as an Epic Candence and Prelude Analyst, utilizing their expertise in Epic systems.

Most recently, Ron Taylor joined Temple Health – Temple University Health System as a Sr. Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst. Their work experience demonstrates their strong background in information technology, project management, and providing technical support within the healthcare industry.

Ron Taylor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Saint Leo University between the years 1985 and 1990.
