Troy Bond is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations at LCMC Health since December 2024, Troy has held various leadership roles including AVP of HR at Touro Infirmary, VP of Talent Management for Louisiana Children's Medical Corporation, and Vice President of HR at University Medical Center New Orleans. Prior experience includes serving as Chief HR Officer at Tenet Healthcare - Atlanta Medical Center and as VP of Human Resources at New Hanover. Troy's extensive background in managing HR across multiple hospitals has been complemented by a solid educational foundation, holding an MBA and a BS in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University.
