Alex Natelli has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, at Phoenix Energy Technologies, Alex served as the Director of Product Management and facilitated the transition to a software-based building system integrator B2B SaaS product. They were responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including research, design, delivery, and validation. In 2015, at Qmerit, Alex pioneered product management for an early-stage SaaS start-up, focusing on creating a two-sided marketplace for automotive OEMs and consumers. They also rearchitected multiple applications into a cohesive platform. In 2019, at Site 1001, Alex joined as a Product Lead and Program Manager, leading product discovery and delivery for an IoT software start-up. They successfully redefined the product strategy and contributed to a significant investor evaluation. From 2020 to 2022, Alex worked at New American Funding as a Principal Product Manager, accountable for the Loan Officer Experience product line. They refined the product strategy, vision, and roadmaps while also overseeing the hiring and coaching of the team. In 2019, Alex started their own consulting company, Alex Natelli Consulting, where they held the role of Managing Director. During this time, they also took on additional roles, such as Senior Product Manager at PATH2, where they led product strategy and delivery for a career application, and Senior Manager of Technology at Insperity. Lastly, in 2022, Alex joined LCPtracker, Inc. as a Product Manager.
Alex Natelli has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from UC Santa Barbara. They also have a Masters degree in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington. In addition to their academic education, Alex Natelli has obtained several certifications including an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Rocket Nine Solutions, Inc in December 2019, a Pragmatic Certified Level-3 (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in July 2019, and a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2011.
