Toby Rougier

Toby Rougier has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and positions. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer at LDC and also holds the role of Chair at Citra Living Limited. Prior to these roles, Toby was the Chair of Housing Growth Partnership. Toby has also held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Group Corporate Treasurer, Managing Director for Consumer & Commercial Cards, and Managing Director for Group Corporate Development. Before joining Lloyds, they worked as the Managing Director for Strategy and Corporate Banking at Santander UK. Toby started their career as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and later worked in the Banking and Capital Markets division at Baring Brothers.
