Nick Chitwood

Nick Chitwood, MBA is an experienced executive with a diverse background in real estate development, underwriting, and portfolio management. Nick is currently serving as the EVP-Chief of Staff at LDG Development, LLC. Prior to this, Nick worked as a Real Estate Developer at Oracle Design Group, Inc., where they oversaw all stages of project development and managed various stakeholders. Nick also gained valuable experience as an Underwriter at PNC, where they analyzed multifamily housing transactions and facilitated debt/equity closings. Earlier in their career, Nick served as a Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank, where they managed a portfolio of middle market loans, and as a Commercial Associate in the same organization. With their strong analytical skills and understanding of the real estate industry, Nick has consistently excelled in their roles and demonstrated a track record of success.

Nick Chitwood, MBA, completed their education in a chronological manner. Nick first attended Ballard High School from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a General Studies diploma through the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Moving forward, Chitwood pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky from 2001 to 2005. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a major in Finance and a focus on International Business. Later on, Chitwood further enhanced their educational background by attending Indiana University Southeast, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree coupled with a specialization in Master of Science in Strategic Finance (MSSF). Nick completed this program from 2010 to 2012.
