Tim Tarrant has extensive work experience in the real estate and affordable housing industry. Tim started their career at MMA Capital Holdings, Inc. in 1993 and held various roles during their 27-year tenure, including Senior Vice President. In this position, they led the asset/portfolio management for over 900 properties worth over $750 million. Tim also oversaw the disposition of assets for both the portfolio and the company, as well as managed a team of 30 professionals responsible for underwriting affordable transactions. The affordable housing assets were eventually sold to the Hunt Companies. In 2019, Tim joined HUNT CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC as a Senior Vice President and later moved to LDG Development, LLC in 2021, where they currently hold the role of Vice President.
Tim Tarrant obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland from 1987 to 1991. Tim then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland from 1994 to 1998.
