James A. Pupillo CIMA, C(k)P, CIMC, TFMC, GFS has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. James A. began their career in 1987 as an Institutional Consulting Director at Morgan Stanley. In 2012, they became a Managing Director, Partner at HighTower and founded LDIntelligence LLC, parent entity of LDI MAP / iJoin - Retirement Plan Participant readiness resources consisting of ENROLL - Digital Enrollment, MAP - Managed Account Programs, and other resources. In 2019, they joined Intelligence Driven Advisers (IDA) as a Managing Director.

James A. Pupillo completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, and Marketing at Indiana University Bloomington from 1976 to 1980. In 1997, they obtained a CIMA Program degree in Investment Consulting from The Wharton School. James A. then obtained a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification from Investments & Wealth Institute in June 1997. In September 1994, they obtained a CIMC-Certified Investment Management Consultant certification from IMCA. In October 2004, they obtained an Investment Strategist Certification from IMCA. In January 2012, they obtained a TFMC-Tribal Financial Mangement Certification from American Indian Policy Institute- ASU / NAFOA. In December 2012, they obtained a C(k)P - Certified 401k Professional certification from The Retirement Advisors University (TRAU). Lastly, in April 2013, they obtained a GFS-Global Fiduciary Strategist certification from 3ethos.
