Rachel Balland has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Rachel currently works as the Director of Marketing at LDV Hospitality since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Manager at STARR Restaurants from April 2019 to February 2020. Rachel also held the position of Account Director at MullenLowe Group from April 2018 to February 2019, where they led various marketing campaigns for E*TRADE and developed a social media strategy. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Periscope from August 2011 to July 2014, working on projects for Rogers Communications and Cox Communications. Rachel began their career as an Account Assistant at Novus Media, Inc from June 2010 to August 2011, where they supported the agency team in media strategy and campaign management for clients like GE Healthcare and GE Energy. Rachel also gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at Murray Wier Willats, where they handled PR and event coordination for luxury goods clients.

Rachel Balland completed their Bachelor of Journalism degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the years 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also had the opportunity to study Journalism at Imperial College London.
