Laurent Francois has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at Knokke-out where they progressed from bartender to general manager, responsible for finance, bar supervision, event management, supply, recruitment, and training. In 2007, they joined Euro Metal Service as a trader, buying, shipping, and selling construction steel in West Africa and managing a client portfolio across multiple countries. Laurent then moved to Le Pain Quotidien in 2012, where they held multiple roles including store manager, general manager, and business development manager. Laurent oversaw retail operations, project development, and implemented improvements to the retail flow. In 2015, Laurent became the Chief Operations Officer at Le Botaniste, a company focused on providing accessible and practical organic meals. Later, in 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Laurent Francois attended United Business Institute from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies.
