Martin Charles Boucher

Martin Charles Boucher, M. Ing, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Financial Aid Service at Le Chiffre, where responsibilities include launching a non-dilutive financial aid service to support dynamic companies in Quebec. Previously, Martin worked at Aéro Montréal, overseeing strategic initiatives in competitiveness and productivity and managing the Supply Chain working group, including projects such as MACH and MACH FAB 4.0. Martin's prior experience at Bombardier involved project management of cross-functional teams and structural design engineering, focusing on enhancing aircraft through engineering solutions. Significant educational achievements include a Master of Engineering in Aerospace from Polytechnique Montréal and a Micro Program in Manufacturing Management from Université de Sherbrooke.
