Mark Howarth

Mark Howarth is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales UK at Le Duc Fine Food B.V. since April 2021, Mark is responsible for managing UK sales across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and B2B sectors. Previous roles include Commercial Controller at Bernard Matthews, where Mark led a team managing key grocery accounts, and Owner of Appledale Business Consulting Limited, providing consulting services to the UK food industry. With a solid foundation in business development from positions at Allied Bakeries and Dairy Farmers of Britain, as well as early career experience at notable companies such as Nestle Purina and Premier Foods, Mark possesses a wealth of knowledge in contract retention, chilled foods, and logistics management. Mark holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University and has further qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
