Mr. Yamashima is a partner of Atsumi & Sakai and heads the firm’s labour and employment team. He has significant experience in labour and employment law, practicing for more than fifteen years. He advises and represents multinational companies on all aspects of Japanese employment law. He also has experience in antitrust and competition, compliance and government regulations.
