Gilles Raison has a long and varied career in the fashion and e-commerce industry. Gilles began their professional journey in 1996 as the Marketing & Communication Manager at Princesse tam.tam. In 2000, they co-founded RushCollection.com, an innovative e-commerce site selling fashion brands overstock from -30% to -60%, and served as its CEO until it was sold to La Redoute. In 2004, they took on the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Kering, where they managed the home shopping business unit and repositioned the Citadium megastore. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Chief Digital Officer at Wonderbox, a leisure-travel operator, where they achieved a net sales growth of 120% and operating profit of 180%. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Senior Category Leader and Managing Director at Just Eat France, where they were responsible for driving the top and bottom line and optimizing all aspects of the category P&L. From 2019 to 2022, they were the CEO of mon-marché.fr, and currently serves as the CEO of Le Petit Ballon.
Gilles Raison attended ESC Amiens from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Graduate School of Management degree. Gilles then attended HEC Montréal in 1995.
