Carlos Esparza

Carlos Esparza has extensive work experience in engineering and quality management. Carlos started their career at Cerrey SA de CV as a CAD Design Engineer, where they focused on product design and pipe and tubing routing. Carlos then worked at NEMAK, México as a CAE Analyst and later became the CAD/CAM/CAE Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple engineering functions.

In 2012, they joined Pure Power Technologies LLC, A Navistar Company as the Engineering Manager, Advanced Casting Development, where they contributed to the development of advanced casting technologies.

After that, Carlos joined Le Sueur Incorporated, initially as the Director of Engineering, and later as the Director of Engineering and Quality.
