Alain Getraud

Alain Getraud serves as the Directeur général and co-founder of Le Train Voyage since March 2020, leading the first private French high-speed rail company through its launch and commercial operations. In addition to this role, Alain Getraud has been the Président of L'Ingénierie Des Possibles since January 2019, focusing on investment and development for a more sustainable future. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Alain Getraud has held leadership positions in infrastructure and mobility, including significant responsibilities within major French concession and construction firms and structured experience at SNCF. Alain Getraud's educational background includes an engineering degree from Ecole supérieure des cadres de l'Equipement and a Master's in civil engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, along with a Licence in mathematical biology from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
