Felipe Santos has a diverse work experience in various software development roles. Felipe worked as a Lead Software Engineer at TapGoods, where they were responsible for managing and delivering tasks, redesigning the sales process of the storefront platform, and leading important refactoring projects. Felipe also worked as a Software Development Consultant at Rock Content, where they supported and delivered new features on a platform and led a team of developers. As the Founder and CTO of Novamente, Felipe built technological businesses and ensured their scalability. Felipe also worked as a Lead Teacher and Teaching Assistant at Le Wagon, where they taught software development to students. Felipe served as the CTO of YouWe, a software that provides data visualizations for HR decisions, and as a Software Development Consultant at AgTech Garage, where they reorganized the tech sector, prioritized value delivery, and updated DevOps architecture. Additionally, Felipe worked as the Lead Developer and Founder of SmartMultas, a legal software, and as the Lead Developer and Partner of Nuflow, a company specialized in bike sales and software development. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Business Analyst at Codon Biotecnologia and participated in a student competition at Bain & Company, where they achieved 3rd place in the LATAM finals.
Felipe Santos has a diverse education history. In 2012, they began studying Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they obtained their degree in 2018. During their time there, they also participated in the II, III, IV, and V International Workshops "Innovation and Clusters." In 2015 and 2016, Felipe attended the University of New Hampshire as part of their mechanical engineering studies. In 2018, they attended Le Wagon for a computer programming course. Additionally, Felipe has obtained certifications including the SolidWorks Associate Certificate and the TOEFL ITP - Gold C1 Proficiency Level. Felipe also completed the First Certificate in English (FCE) - B2 Level, and participated in the II Biological Machines Engineering Workshop at UFMG.
