Brian Carnes

Brian Carnes has extensive experience as a Land Surveyor and Party Chief. Brian started their career with Carnes & Associates Land Surveyors in 1998, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also gained experience as a CAD Drafter. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at TKM Land Surveyors as a Land Surveyor and Party Chief. In 2018, they joined Lee Incorporated as a Land Surveyor and Party Chief, before moving to Lea & Braze Engineering, Inc. in 2020, where they currently serve as a Survey Party Chief. Brian has expertise in various surveying tasks, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, flood elevation certificates, grading violations, and more. Brian primarily focuses on residential land surveys, but also has experience with commercial land surveys.

Brian Carnes attended California State University, Fresno, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General. Brian also attended Gavilan College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Prior to their college education, Brian Carnes attended Gilroy High School, focusing on a general course of study.
