Gerardo Tasende

Gerardo Tasende is a Senior Partner at GTS INTERNATIONAL WTC Free Zone, where expertise includes tax advice, international business structures, and compliance in free zones. Gerardo has been with GTS URUGUAY since June 2001 and has also held positions as Managing Partner at LEA Global and BLITA International since 2009 and 2014, respectively, focusing on independent tax and business services. Gerardo has contributed to professional organizations, serving on the Accounting Research Commission and as a director in the Fiscal Commission of the Uruguayan-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Gerardo’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at PwC and Deloitte, along with an educational background as a Certified Public Accountant and ACCA certification.
