Saradha Krishnamoorthy has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Starting with their most recent role, they are currently working as a Research Manager at LEAD at Krea University. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at the University of Sussex Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), where they analyzed technical papers on emerging automation technologies and contributed to exploratory data analysis.

Saradha has also worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant at Bhumi, where they provided guidance on strategic planning initiatives. Before that, they held the role of Chief People Officer at YellowBag Foundation, where they developed a social enterprise called 'ilai' focused on skill training and sustainable development for women in urban slums.

Saradha has experience in management and business development as a Management Associate at the Association for Sarva seva Farms, where they worked on establishing a Farmers Producer Company to support marginal farmers. Additionally, they worked as a Development Associate at the ant, where they focused on documentation, donor relations, and monitoring and evaluation.

Saradha has also gained experience in marketing and event management through their roles as a Marketing intern at Bhumi and as a Marketing Communications Executive at BanyanTree Corporate Housing Pvt. Ltd. Furthermore, they have been involved in social initiatives as a Fellow at iVolunteer, where they promoted the festival of giving and engaged with various stakeholders.

Saradha started their career as a Sub-editor at Kasturi & Sons, Ltd, where they edited news articles and handled social media promotion. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in research, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, marketing, and communications.

Saradha Krishnamoorthy completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed their Higher Secondary education at Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which they finished in 2010.

Currently, Saradha is pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex, starting in 2021. Additionally, they previously obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainable Development from the same university, although the specific years of the program are not provided.
