Kelly Schuster

Kelly Schuster has been working in the field of real estate since 2001. Kelly began their career as an Administrative Assistant at RE/MAX Real Estate Group and then moved on to become a Personal Assistant/Realtor/Administrative Assistant for the Paul Kitchen Team. In 2017, they joined The Paul Kitchen Team - RE/MAX Real Estate Group as a Marketing Specialist. Kelly also held the role of Assistant Operations Manager/Relocation Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Select, Realtors. In addition, Kelly has experience as a Customer Support at Drive Buy Technologies and as a Children's Librarian at Rangeley Public Library. Most recently, Kelly has been working as the Operations Manager & Director of Customer Success at Lead Cookie, where they manage 3 teams of 3 virtual assistants each in multiple countries, works with clients to develop personalized marketing strategies, and evaluates current processes to design and implement improvements.
