Chelsea Jensen has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Chelsea began their career as a Human Resources/Marketing Assistant at Niagara's Choice Federal Credit Union. In 2009, they became an HR Assistant onsite at First Niagara Financial Group. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Benefits Specialist and Benefits Coordinator at First Niagara Bank. Since 2014, they have been a Human Resources Consultant at Employers Council, where they provide advice, counsel, and recommendations to over 80 assigned member organizations on a wide variety of HR-related topics. Chelsea also reviews and recommends changes/amendments/improvements to member policies, practices, and procedures.
Chelsea Jensen completed their Bachelor of Science in Management from Niagara University in 2009 and went on to complete their MBA in Human Resources from the same university in 2011. In 2021, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
