Nancy Calkins

Nancy Calkins has been working in the Human Resources field since 1994. Nancy began their career as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Capital Hilton in 1994. Nancy then moved to Hilton Worldwide / Hilton McLean in 1996 as a Director of Human Resources. In 1997, they took on the role of Director of Performance Improvement and Training Manager at Hilton Worldwide / The Pointe Hilton Resorts. From 2004 to 2019, they were the Principal of Calkins Consulting, providing Human Resources services for Talent Acquisition, Employment, Training and Professional Development, Policy and Procedure, Labor Relations, Leadership and Organizational Development initiatives, specializing in the hospitality and customer service industries. Currently, Nancy is a Human Resources Specialist and Organizational and Learning Development Consultant at Employers Council.
