Koen Lasschuit

Koen Lasschuit is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Lead Healthcare, a position held since March 2017, where the focus is on promoting workplace happiness for professionals in the healthcare sector. Prior to this role, Koen served as Managing Director and Commercieel Directeur at Pharmalead, a company dedicated to staffing pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, from October 2008 to January 2017. Throughout Koen's career, several positions at Pharmalead were undertaken, including Manager Sales & Operations, facilitating recruitment and staffing in the pharmacy and healthcare industries. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Lead at Streetwise, which provided foundational insights into sales and marketing. Koen Lasschuit completed education at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2007 to 2012, after attending Rembrandt College.
