Barbara Mullett

Barbara Mullett is the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Leadec, where Barbara has been working since March 2015. Prior to their current role, Barbara held positions as the Senior HRIT Business Systems Analyst at Voith from July 2012 to February 2015, and as the Benefits / HRIS Manager at FirstGroup America from 2007 to July 2012. Barbara earned their MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2011, following their Bachelor's degree in Finance and MIS from Miami University in 2006.
