Adam Stein

Adam Stein is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional, currently serving as Principal and Head of Talent at Lead Edge Capital since September 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Head of People at Up&Up from January 2022 to September 2023 and served as Chief Talent Officer at Dalio Family Office from April 2019 to January 2022. Adam's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Executive Talent and Senior Hiring at Bridgewater Associates from March 2011 to April 2019, and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from March 2006 to March 2011. Adam began a career in finance at Sony Music Entertainment from November 2004 to October 2006. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
