Michaela Balderston

Michaela Balderston is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Chief Communications Officer and Head of Communications & Marketing at Lead Edge Capital since September 2023. With extensive experience in strategic communications, Michaela has been an Advisor at Juxtapose since 2018 and previously held key positions at Tusk Venture Partners, where Michaela was a founding member and led communications for startups in highly regulated industries. Michaela's background also includes senior roles at Nestlé as Senior Vice President of Communications, The ONE Campaign as Strategic Communications Manager, and Burson-Marsteller as Project Manager. Early career experience includes supporting initiatives at the National Democratic Institute during the Arab Spring and contributing to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign in 2008.
