Venla Hakunti

Venla Hakunti is an experienced consultant, coach, facilitator, trainer, and speaker at Venlah Training and Coaching since January 2024, while also facilitating sessions for the Leader Labs program. Venla has a robust background in learning and development, having served as Learning and Development Manager at Marley Spoon, where a global L&D strategy was developed, and numerous training sessions were conducted. Previous roles include Head of Design Sprint Training at AJ&Smart GmbH, where impactful training was delivered to clients such as Google and Netflix, and various positions at nu3 GmbH and Instituto Iberoamericano de Finlandia. Venla possesses a Master of Arts in International Business Communication from the University of Oulu and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Marketing, and Interactive Technology from the University of Tampere.
