Nigel Hunter

Nigel Hunter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LeaderBrand since January 2022, Nigel previously held the position of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Fletcher Building from February 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Nigel worked at PwC for over fourteen years, reaching the role of Director and specializing in strategic advice, merger and acquisition strategy, valuations, restructuring, capital budgeting, financial modeling, and financial due diligence. Nigel earned a Bachelor of Business Studies with Honors in Finance from Massey University between 2001 and 2004.
