John Dugdale

John Dugdale is currently a Partner and Principal at Leaders International, one of Canada's largest national executive search firms. With more than 20 years of experience in the search industry, John has worked with various clients ranging from large multinational organizations to small technology start-ups. Prior to their current role, John was a Co-Founder at Kela Group, TerraHub, and Gaantek Consulting, and also worked in talent management at companies such as Call Genie Inc and Allstream. John holds a degree in Arts, Political Science from the University of Calgary.
