Jayma Pau

Jayma is a Managing Partner of Leaders’ Quest, based in London. She works with multinational clients and has a particular interest in culture change and the alignment of executive teams. Jayma leads the people function internally. Her big adventure was building the India office from scratch in 2010-2012. She’s a strong believer in the power of business as a force for good and passionate about broadening the scope of its impact. Jayma holds a BA Hons from the University of Nottingham. She is a Non-Executive Director of The Conduit, a members’ club focused on accelerating social change.
