Barbara Romanos

Barbara Romanos has extensive experience in coaching and leadership development, currently serving as Co-Lead of the Resilienz Community and Associate Coach at Leadership Choices since December 2019. Additionally, Barbara is a Certified Coach at CoachHub, the digital coaching platform, since July 2020. With a focus on professional coaching, Barbara has operated as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Coach with the International Coaching Federation since June 2016. Prior to these roles, Barbara worked at SAP from May 1997 to March 2016 as Assistant to the Executive Management. Education includes training at The Coaches Training Institute, where Barbara earned certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach between 2013 and 2015.
