Carol Cocks

Carol Wehe Cocks is an experienced communications professional with a focus on digital communications and fundraising. Serving as the Director of External Affairs and Digital Communications Coordinator at the Leadership Institute since June 2011, Carol has excelled in planning training programs and designing events. Notable previous roles include New Media Training Coordinator, Treasurer at Toastmasters International, and Research and New Media Intern at the Allan P Kirby Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship. Carol's internship experiences at both the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation and the Independent Women’s Forum enhanced expertise in social media management and online presence strategies. Carol holds a BA in Political Economy from Hillsdale College and has a foundation in communication and organizational skills developed through various internships and assistant positions.
