Cara Boardman

Cara Boardman is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in talent development, training, and teaching. Currently serving as the Talent Development Leader at Leadership Louisville Center since June 2023, Boardman previously worked as an HR Consultant - Training at LINAK U.S. and as the Associate Director of Training and Development at Wiley Education Services. Boardman's background includes roles as Retention Manager and Online Advisor - Team Lead at The Learning House, Inc. and teaching positions at Catalyst Charter Schools and Perspectives Charter Schools, where notable achievements include creating intervention programs and improving student performance metrics. Boardman began a career in education as a Corps Member with Teach For America, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Alabama.
