Hanna Tuominen

Hanna Tuominen has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Hanna has been an Account Manager at Trafocomp Oy since 1999 and a Business Development Officer at the Municipality of Eurajoki since 2002. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of Rauma Region Development (RSK Oy), where they were responsible for general management, public relations, HRD, operations development, business development consulting, regional marketing and communications, and EU-project management. In 2006, they became a Member of the Board at Vuojoen Kartano Oy. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Edupoint, Tampere University of Technology, Pori Unit, where they were responsible for planning and developing continuing education programmes, as well as marketing and sales. Hanna was also a Business Development Coordinator at the Municipality of Eurajoki from 2011 to 2013, and an Operational Director at Vuojoki Foundation from 2003 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Leadership Developer at Leadership Management International, Inc. and a Business Coach and Entrepreneur at Stance.

Hanna Tuominen obtained their Master's degree (ekonomi, KTM) in Marketing from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration between 1989 and 1995. In 2016, they received a Certified Business Coach from the Business Coaching Institute. Hanna also graduated from Uotilanrinteen lukio in 1988 and attended Nihattulan koulu. In addition, they hold certifications from LMI Finland Oy Ab (LMI leadership developer licencee, obtained in 2013), International Coaching Federation (ACC Certified Coach, obtained in 2017), and ICF Finland (Associate Certified Coach, renewal application pending).
