Jon West has a long and varied career in business. Jon began their career in 1983 as a Performance Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. In 1986, they began working as a Clinical Professor at Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business. That same year, they also joined Leadership Management International, Inc. as President and Franchise Partner. With LMI, they have been a Life Member of the President's Club since 1989. Theirpassion is to help people grow and be successful in all areas of life.
Jon West attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they earned a Masters in Business and Management. Prior to that, they attended Wright State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development.
