Marlene A.

Marlene A. has a long and varied work experience. In 2019, they were the Project Director of an Affordable Housing Project at AHP. From 2001 to 2013, they were the Managing Director of IBCC Management Consultancy and PROSUR N.V. Marlene was also a Board Member at GODO Credit Union from 2000 to 2011, a Senior Consultant at PROSUR from 2011 to 2013, and a Consultant for the Project Air Transport Support Program at IOS Partners, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Consultant for the ISTS Project at Consortium NEA Transport Research and Training. From 1996 to 2001, they were the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Tourism in Suriname. Marlene was also a Certified Licensee Leadership Management International for the Greater Caribbean at Leadership Management International, Inc. from 2001 to 2013.

Marlene A. began their educational journey in 2003 when they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from FHR Lim A Po Institute MBA. Marlene then pursued a MPhil in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Maastricht School of Management, which they completed in 2007. Marlene A. continued their studies at Maastricht School of Management and earned their PhD in Organizational Behavior in 2009. Additionally, Marlene A. completed a course at ADEK IDPM.
