Ricardo G. Serrinha has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2005. Ricardo G. began their career as a Business Development Manager at Xerox Portugal in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Banco Santander Consumer Portugal, where they held the roles of Field Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. In 2013, they became Key National Account Manager & Business Developer Manager at Oney Portugal. In 2014, they were appointed Global Sales Director at Atlântida WTA Viagens, Portugal. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Consultor/ Formador Convidado at SFORI Strategy For Improvement and Abylos, Trends and Consulting. In 2017, they founded and became CEO of Smart Goals Consulting and also became an Executive Coach - Corporate at Leadership Management International, Inc.

Ricardo G. Serrinha obtained their High School Diploma from Escola Secundária D. Filipa de Lencastre in Informatics Technologies - Information Technology Programmer in 2006. Ricardo G. then obtained their Licenciatura in Marketing Management from IPAM in 2010. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from ISEG MBA in 2015.
