Boyd Ober

Boyd Ober is the CEO and President of Leadership Resources, a company that focuses on inspiring positive change within workplace culture and personal leadership development. Boyd also serves as a Franchise Owner at Leadership Management International, Inc. and was the Past President of FocalPoint Publishing. Boyd has held various VP positions in multiple companies such as Experian Marketing Services and Metromail Corporation. Boyd co-hosted the Pursuit of Success Radio Show for 2 1/2 years and holds a MS degree in Economics from South Dakota State University.
