Jonathan Miles

Jonathan Miles has worked in the travel industry since 2008. Jonathan began their career as a Retail Manager at Flight Centre Travel Group, where they drove business and improved sales year on year, finishing the year 15% up from the previous year. In 2013, they joined Flight Centre Business Travel UK as a Senior Business Travel Account Manager, where they grew their own business to over £600k turnover annually in their first year and regularly hit their target by over 150%. Jonathan was promoted to Assistant Business Development and Travel Manager, where they were responsible for a team of 5 people and oversaw the team's P&L. In 2019, they joined ISON Travel as a Business Development and Travel Manager, where they brought on new business and used a consultative approach to sales when engaging with clients. Currently, they are a Senior Account Executive at Playable (formerly Leadfamly) and a Business Development Manager at Bang the Table.

Jonathan Miles began their education in 1995 at United World College, Singapore. Jonathan then attended Dean Close School, Cheltenham from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they began studying at Bath Spa University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc (hons) in Tourism and Travel Services Management in 2007.
