Milind Shirshikar

Milind Shirshikar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. MILIND is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Leading Pharma, LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Aurolife Pharma LLC for over 12 years, starting as the Sr. Director of Production in August 2009.

Before joining Aurolife Pharma LLC, Milind held the position of Manager of Production at CADISTA PHARMACEUTICALS INC from August 2005 to August 2009. In this role, they directed manufacturing operations, provided technical support, and ensured compliance with regulatory authorities.

Prior to that, they worked as a Supervisor of Manufacturing at OHM LABORATORIES from September 2002 to August 2005. MILIND was responsible for executing production plans, implementing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.

Milind's career began at Lupin Limited in February 1990, where they served as an Executive in Production. During their time at Lupin Limited, they focused on compliance of production activities, prepared reports, and ensured cGMP requirements were met.

Before Lupin Limited, Milind worked as a Sr. Pharmacist at ROHEN POULENC INDIA LIMITED from July 1996 to January 1997.

MILIND'searliest work experience dates back to 1997 when they joined Nicholas Piramal India Ltd as a Sr. Manager of Production. In this role, they planned and coordinated production activities, monitored batch yields, and supervised projects involving production capacity and productivity improvement.

Milind Shirshikar has a diverse education history. MILIND began their studies in 1983, completing a Diploma in Pharmacy from Kamala Nehru Polytechnic. From there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry at Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, which they accomplished between 1986 and 1989. Shirshikar furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Diploma in Production Management from 1990 to 1991. Lastly, they completed their formal education by earning another M.B.A. degree specifically in Business Administration from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University between 1993 and 1995.
