Wes Little

Wes Little has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Wes currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing Officer at Leading Technology Composites, Inc. Prior to this role, Wes was an Operations Manager Aerospace & Defense at the same company.

Before joining Leading Technology Composites, Inc., Wes worked at Spirit AeroSystems for many years. Wes held various executive director roles, including Executive Director of 737 Operations, Executive Director of Twin Aisle & Sikorsky Operations, and Executive Director of Strut and Large Nacelle Operations. Wes also served as a Senior Operations Manager for the 737 and 787 programs, as well as an Operations Manager for the 787 program.

Earlier in their career, Wes started as an Aircraft Mechanic and later worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at Spirit AeroSystems.

Wes Little has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing from Wichita State University. Wes also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Friends University.
