Angela Schnepf

Angela Schnepf, MBA, CAE, serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Value First, Inc. since March 2022 and has held the positions of President and CEO as well as Executive Vice President at LeadingAge Illinois since September 2014. With a robust background in association management, Angela was the Assistant Director of Society Relations for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons from January 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple client associations and enhancing client service excellence. Previous roles included Division Manager at the National Safety Council and Director of Operations/Association Manager at SmithBucklin, focusing on membership growth and operational excellence. Angela began a career in supervision as Residence Life Coordinator/Counselor at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy from 1998 to 2001. Angela holds an MBA in Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, is a Certified Association Executive, and possesses a BA in Psychology from Benedictine University.
