Adrienne Ruffin

As the Vice Presdient and Head of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Strategic Initiatives and Operations, Adrienne Ruffin collaborates closely with the Robyn Stone, their Senior Vice President, Research and other senior leaders to oversee and support the development of LeadingAge’s diversity, equity and inclusion workforce activities; an integrated LeadingAge member survey process; the on-going growth and development of the LeadingAge-UMass Boston LTSS Center collaboration; and, an expanded and integrated LTSS Center dissemination strategy (e.g., new website, social media, and focused expansion using other venues).
