Phyllis Ferguson

Phyllis Ferguson has over 20 years of experience in the field of operations and customer service. Phyllis started their career in 1998 as Co-Director of Customer Service at FreeRide.com. In 2003, they moved to TranzAct Media as Email Production Coordinator, where they helped to build the email marketing division from scratch. Phyllis then joined Bloosky Interactive Media in 2007 as Senior List Management Account Manager, where they contributed to developing and expanding a small list management operation into a high-volume division. In 2010, they moved to Media Whiz as Business Development- Monetize It. Since 2013, they have been Senior Manager - Operations at Leadnomics.

Phyllis Ferguson attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Design.
