Anne Peltonen

Anne Peltonen has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Retail Salesperson for Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa. Anne then worked for Wellfit Finland Oy as a Booker in 2011, followed by a position as a Food Service Worker for Icecream Dreams Oy in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Receptionist for Gustavelund Oy Hotel Gustavelund and as a Passenger Service Agent for Swissport. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for Gustavelund Oy as a Receptionist & Conference Hostess. During this time, they also developed their communication and customer relations management skills. In 2021, they became a Business and Tourism Coordinator for Sipoon kunta / Sibbo kommun / Municipality of Sipoo. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for Leadoo Marketing Technologies since 2023.

Anne Peltonen obtained a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Lahti University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Anne then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2021. In May 2020, Anne obtained a Service Design certificate from the Service Design Network. Anne also obtained an Adobe Photoshop CS6 certificate from Corellia Helsinki Oy in May 2022.
