Matt Sears

Matt Sears is a Full Stack Engineer at Leadrilla. Prior to joining Leadrilla, Matt worked as a Senior Manager, Business Analytics and Research at NCCER from October 2019 to August 2021. Before NCCER, Matt was the Founder and CTO of Construction Data Services from May 2019 to September 2019. Matt also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant & Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from August 2016 to May 2020, where they assisted with courses in Project Management 1: Estimating and Scheduling, Geomatics (Surveying), and Transportation Systems. Additionally, Matt worked as a Civil Engineer at Dyer and Associates from May 2014 to November 2018, and as a Construction Project Manager at 3D Enterprises Contracting Corporation from January 2011 to May 2014.
