Jennifer Porti

Jennifer Porti has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Jennifer worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Training Manager, where they held multiple roles and was responsible for coordinating contracts, licenses, and registrations. Prior to that, they worked as a Front Desk Coordinator at the same company. In 2021, Jennifer joined LEADx, where they obtained a LD1 coaching plan certificate. Jennifer also has extensive experience in the animal training field, having worked at SeaWorld San Diego for over 11 years. During their time there, they progressed from an entry-level Animal Trainer to a Senior Animal Trainer, showcasing problem-solving skills, effective communication, and mentoring abilities. Jennifer also worked as an Animal Trainer at the Navy Marine Mammal Program.

Jennifer Porti attended the University of California, Riverside from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
