Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas has diverse work experience in coaching and leadership development roles. Kevin is currently the Director of Coaching Services at LEADx since February 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Pave Your Own Path - Leadership Solutions, where they provided personalized coaching programs to empower leaders. Kevin also worked as a Leadership & Executive Coach at Consciously, LLC. and as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator at Coaching For Everyone, a nonprofit organization. Kevin has previous experience as a Learning and Development Program Manager at Google and as a Career Coach at Wonsulting. Kevin has also held roles such as Leadership Development Program Manager at Long Beach City College and Global Leadership Development Facilitator at Tesla. Before that, they worked at Long Beach City College as an HR Manager and Learning and Development Program & Project Manager, as well as a Human Resources Technician. Additionally, Kevin had a role as an Associate Organizational Development Specialist at Simpson Strong-Tie.

Kevin Thomas completed their education at various institutions. Kevin obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university. Kevin also obtained an Associate of Arts for Transfer (AA-T) degree in Psychology and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Cypress College.

In addition to their educational background, Kevin has obtained several certifications. Kevin received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in February 2023. In December 2022, they obtained the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. Kevin also holds certifications in Leadership Circle Profile (October 2022), LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory Coach Training (June 2022), Emotional Well-being Coach Training (November 2021), CTI's Coach Training Program (September 2021), and Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers (July 2020).
