Ola Koza-Reinders

Ola Koza-Reinders is a seasoned professional with a robust background in management and consulting, currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Leaf Logistics since September 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Accenture Federal Services from June 2018 to September 2022, where Ola also worked as a consultant and senior analyst. Beginning a career at Accenture Federal Services as an analyst in October 2015, Ola progressed through various analytical positions before gaining experience as an Operations Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in the summer of 2014 and as an Electrical Engineer at Northeast Utilities in the summer of 2013. Ola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business from Cornell University, attended from 2011 to 2015, and is a graduate of Kingswood Oxford High School, completing studies there from 2007 to 2011.
